COSL Middle East FZE (CME), is a part of China Oilfield Services Ltd. (COSL). COSL is one of the leading oilfield services providers to the global Oil & Gas industry. CME has overall responsibility for all of COSL’s business in the Middle East.

COSL has more than 50 years of experience in providing oilfield services across various markets in the world. Its four business segments, Geophysical & Surveying Services, Drilling Services, Well Services and Marine Support Services provide E&P companies a comprehensive range of services covering Exploration, Development and Production of hydrocarbons. Over the years COSL has operated in over 30 countries and currently has a presence in Southeast Asia, Far East, Middle East, Europe and North America. The drilling division of COSL is one of its biggest business activities, owning and operating Asia’s largest fleet of offshore rigs. The fleet currently consists of 47 jack up rigs, 15 semis and 5 platform rigs, along with other vessels. COSL’s clients have included major NOC’s, IOC’s and independents, in numerous countries. COSL has significant experience of drilling operations in the Middle East and is very keen to further grow its business in this region. With a view to improving its customer and service focus in the region, COSL recently restructured its Middle East organization, and COSL Middle East (CME) has been nominated its focal entity for all business in the Middle East.
