MEOS GEO will take place from 16-18 September 2025 at Exhibition World Bahrain.

The event is open to all professionals and business visitors in the E&P industries.

Advance registration will be available online closer to the event, and onsite registration is possible during exhibition hours. Student registration is complimentary, including access to conference sessions and the exhibition, with some exclusions.

Students are required to provide a copy of their current student ID upon collection of badges.

Badges and materials can be collected at the registration desks during opening hours. Delegate registration includes admission to all conference sessions, proceedings, lunches, refreshments, the exhibition, and a delegate bag.

Conference proceedings are distributed electronically post-event.

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. More information related to the cancellation policy will be available closer to the event.
