About MEOS GEO

MEOS GEO is the Middle East Oil, Gas and Geosciences Show, the region’s only exhibition and technical conference dedicated to upstream and subsurface disciplines.

    The event attracts GCC operators, procurement teams, project engineers, technical specialists, scientists and members of academia, alongside service companies and technology providers.

      MEOS GEO will be held from 6-8 April 2027 at Exhibition World Bahrain.

        Booking & stand options

        You can book a stand by completing the enquiry form on the Book a Stand page of this website.

          A range of options are available, including shell schemes, space-only stands, and premium or bespoke packages to suit your objectives. Download our exhibitor brochure for more information or enquire to exhibit, our sales team will respond to you within one business day.

            Yes, stand allocation is typically based on booking date, package level, and availability - on a first come, first serve basis. Enquire to exhibit to find out which spaces are still available.

              While there is no fixed deadline, early booking is recommended to secure the best locations.

                Exhibitor preparation

                The exhibitor manual is shared upon signing your contract. It includes key deadlines, operational guidance, and supplier contacts amongst other important information.

                  Yes, for space-only stands you may appoint your own contractor, subject to organiser guidelines and approvals. The exhibitor manual will outline all the details.

                    Yes, there are a wide range of sponsorship and branding opportunities to increase your visibility before and during the event. Please fill in the sponsorship enquiry form, or speak to your existing sales representative to discuss the opportunities that best suit your objectives. The marketing team will also be creating an exhibitor toolkit complete with ready-to-use social media and email assets, closer to the event. 

                      Logistics & operations

                      Detailed timings will be provided in the exhibitor manual, and closer to the event.

                        Yes, official freight forwarders will be appointed to assist with shipping, customs clearance, and on-site handling. Please see the exhibitor manual for more information.

                          Yes, electricity, and other services can be ordered via the official suppliers. Wi-Fi will be available, free of charge.

                            The operations team and official contractors will be available throughout build-up, event days, and breakdown. Pre-event, you may also contact your sales representative if you have any questions, or email the MEOS GEO team and the relevant team will reach out to you within one-two business days.

                              Policies & compliance

                              All exhibitors must comply with venue and organiser health and safety regulations outlined in the exhibitor manual.

                                Payment schedules and terms will be detailed in your contract and invoice documentation.
