Answers to some of the most common queries
All attendees are requested to register. Registrations can be made in advance online or onsite during exhibition opening hours.
We will let you know once the registration opens.
Registration for students is complimentary, and includes admission to conference sessions, the exhibition, conference proceedings and coffee breaks. Admission to the lunches and a delegate bag are excluded. Students are required to provide a copy of their current student ID upon collection of badges.
Badges and conference materials may be collected at the registration desks during registration desk opening hours. For security reasons, badges and conference materials must be collected in person.
Visas are required for most nationalities except GCC passport holders.
Preferred hotel status has been awarded to select hotels in Bahrain. More information will be provided closer to MEOS GEO 2027.
